……a 3-day weekend……
I’ve had my coffee…..had my breakfast and mowed the yard….now on to spray painting the rest of the metal cabinets.
Normally, I’m not a huge fan of summer, but I’m really excited about it this year…..long days that melt into evenings….cooking out by the pool….freshly made salsa…..cucumbers and onions….the smell of freshly cut grass….suntan lotion….freshly muddled mint and lime mojitos…..
What are you looking forward to?
Sure sounds GREAT, Tammy...just as it should be...we were about to mow our grass for the first time today but our second mower has "flown the coop" and we have to buy another...don't you hate having to buy those kinds of things, rather than wool or any type of hooking supplies...Enjoy your weekend...
ReplyDeleteMojitos, Sangria, bruschetta, veggies from my garden, anything grilled so that I don't have to clean up the kitchen, enjoying the long evenings sitting on the deck and looking out at the yard/flowers, the pool, taking rides in the convertible, the farmer's market, fireworks, dinner on a patio at a great restaurant. . . . . .
