Catching up

Ok, so the first blogging app I tried only worked the one time... So I looked around this evening & I'm trying another.
Met up with Ter'e & her husband Mon. night & they treated me to some awesome Mexican food & then topped it off with flan and then the owner brought out a welcome treat.....warm & crisp on the outside & warm oozy chocolate on the inside....kind of like a deep fried chocolate truffle!
