I’m kind of excited……..
I’m having my first “give away” on my blog!!!
I’ve come across a great website called
They have hand-painted oil painting reproductions of popular paintings.
(You are supposed to be able to see the brushstrokes, and the
canvas comes ready to hang.)
So, not the ORIGINAL,
AS IF
we could afford an ORIGINAL master painting,
BUT, it’s not a print either….
somewhere in the middle….
I think that’s kind of cool!
They also have FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURN SHIPPING!
All you have to do to enter is to leave a comment on my blog
saying which painting below is your favorite!
Easy Peasy!!
And you just might win!
Please choose your favorite:
You can click on the name to see a larger picture
of the painting and you can even see what it looks like
hanging in a room.
2. A Dream
4. San Giorgio Maggiore at Dusk
Winners are chosen by comments, so please remember to comment!
Choose one painting that you like best from the six paintings mentioned
in my blog post and make a comment.
1 winner will be chosen after 2 weeks;
blog owner (that’s me!!) and winner both get a prize - 1 piece of hand-painted oil
painting reproduction (costing about $100 at specified size)
which you comment that you like best.
There are 6 pieces, and you can choose any one of them,
at the specified size in the photo, you will not be charged for shipping.
I know which one is MY FAVORITE, but I’m not telling!! I’m curious to see
what YOUR favorite is!!

Cup of Silver Ginger! Georgia is always on my mind when I am gardening...I think she was bee in a former life...Thanks for the opportunity!! Ann
ReplyDeleteThat was a tough pick. All of these original paintings are from great artists, and they're all beautiful. I think I'm going to go with "San Giorgio Maggiore at Dusk."
ReplyDeleteThe Dream is my favorite even tho I don't hook abstract motifs. But Picasso's symbolism and abstract paintings have always been thought provoking and a source of wonderment to me. If I am lucky enough to be a winner I might be at Woolley Fox camp. Thanks for the opportunity to win a delightful piece of art.

Like the majority of Americans, I like the French Impressionists. So put me down for Claude Monet's San Giorgio Maggiore at Dusk." I haven't added any new art since I bought this house and am getting tired of all my older pieces. That piece would go wonderful in my new great room. Thanks for the opportunity, Tammy.

ReplyDeleteI'll go with San Giorgio. My friend has a "French room" and it would be the perfect gift for her.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing your choice would be the Picasso or for hubby the O'Keeffe.
Thanks for such a fun give-away.
Hugs :)

Lauren, When the contest is over I'll let you know which one I picked :) So nice of you to think of your friend.
DeleteI like several of these, but am especially drawn to Monet's Fishing Boats at Sea because it reminds me of one of my favorite quotes, "Anything is possible in the mind of a positive thinker." When you set sail at sea in hopes of a good catch, anything is possible! Thanks for the fun blog entry, Tams ~ kelly
ReplyDeleteHI!!! Thanks for the wonderful give away!!!! I love the Cup of Silver Ginger!!! O'Keeffe!!!!
ReplyDeleteWheat fields...thanks for the Chance to win

OMG and we're supposed to choose just one?!? LOL The impressionists are my favorites, and each one has a special place in my heart for different reasons! Van Gogh, Monet, and Picasso... eeny meeny miny moe! Well I have to say that Picasso's Dream speaks to me the strongest on the level of design, contrast and color! But... since these are not just flat prints, and show brush strokes, I HAVE to go with Monet's San Giorgio, as his amazing ability to blend color and minute brush strokes make all the difference when seeing them in person! I was blessed to see so many originals when I went to France, as well as an exhibit here in Denver. They're mind blowing!! And learning to paint and studying how these guys did what they did... it's truly a life long pursuit! This is such a fantastic giveaway Tammy!! I'm so excited to even have the chance to win! :) Thanks soo much!!! xo
ReplyDeleteI choose Monet's "Fishing Boats at Sea". It is so calm with a moody feeling. Wouldn't it make a great hooked rug---blending the various blues with the light coming from the clouds? My hubby and I love the water and this makes me wish for an evening cruise or at least to sit on the edge of the water and watch the sun set.
ReplyDeleteThe Cup of Silver Ginger just jumped out at me. l love it.
