Not alone

From all of the comments I can see that I’m not alone

in the sleeping problem category.

I’ve gone back to working out this week (cardio and strength

training) and that has helped me sleep better even more.

Now I’m just looking to get back into my yoga

practice…..feeling more like myself everyday!

    Sorry to hear about the not sleeping.
    Check out Dr. Natasha Turner's books.
    The Hormone Diet. The Super Charged Hormone Diet. and her newest one The Carb Sensitive Program.

    She advocates to stop eating 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed.
    She also says to sleep naked, in a slightly cool bedroom.

    A very interesting read.

    I'm glad that you are sleeping better.Exercises and Yoga are both good to help you sleep better.
